Track Sprint Order Online

Ordering a new mobile phone can be very exciting.  However, it can be just as frustrating when your delivery is delayed. The delay could be a problem with your order at Sprint, or it could be a delay with the delivery company.  Sprint offers the ability to track your order online anytime.  This will not only help you to determine if there has been a problem with your order, but it can also prove to be a useful tool in accepting your delivery.  You don’t want your new mobile phone to be sitting on the porch all day if you aren’t home.  This gives you’re the opportunity to either be available yourself, or make sure someone else is available to accept the delivery.

Checking status:

You will need your order number to get started.  If you’ve placed your order online, you will have received an email confirmation with all your order information, including your order number.  If you’ve spoken with a representative, they may have verbally given you your order number verbally or they may have sent you an email confirmation.  Perhaps both.

  • Go to www.sprint.com/personal/wireless/order_status.html
  • Enter your order number in the space provided and click Go.
  • All of the details regarding your order, including the tracking number and a link to the shipping company’s website for tracking purposes, will be included in the available information.

As per the terms of service with Sprint, your order status will be available 24 hours after placing your order.  If it has been longer than 24 hours and your status is not yet available, you can call customer service at 1-866-866-7509 and a representative will be able to look at your order on your account to determine if there is an issue with the order.  If there is an issue found on the order, your customer service representative will be able to help resolve any trouble with the order and it processing correctly so you can receive your new phone and get it activated.  The previously mentioned customer service number can also help you activate your phone.
